Position: Labor and Employment Associate AttorneyType: Full-timeDuties:
Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in labor and employment law matters.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.Assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and court appearances.Advise clients on employment policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and settlement discussions.Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve client objectives.Requirements:
Admitted to the California Bar.1-10 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting.Preference for labor and employment experience, however general civil litigation experience is welcome.Excellent legal research and writing skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Education & Certifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California Bar.Skills:
