They will build, grow and nurture a highly skilled Operations team with broad technical skill to deliver high quality engineering and operations services.Manage a global team of high-caliber Service Reliability Engineers, ensuring project and development excellence and technical leadership.Drive seamless round-the-clock engineering and operations workflow in conjunction with the regional teams in the organization.Partner with architects and Engineering team in the design planning to support a cohesive solution across all services within the larger group.Deep knowledge of continuous integration, continuous deployment and configuration management tools.Hands-on working experience with at least one public cloud infrastructure e.g., AWS, Azure or GCP.Leads the definition of requirements, priorities and planning of cloud platform team's engineering deliverables.Leads all project planning and execution processes for SRE workloads.Own career development of team through active coaching.Qualifications:Comprehensive expertise (12+ years) in the following areas:Subject matter expertise in multiple infrastructure technology areas.Experience in leading SRE organization.Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes, identify and understand requirements, and develop alternative solutions.Extensive Cloud experience (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google) especially in architecting, deploying, and managing infrastructure with scale.Experience leading SRE engineers and building strong technical teams.Proven record of managing medium to large size SRE engineering team(s).Engineering or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills, work effectively with clients, vendors, peers, and business and technology management.Experience in managing 24x7 teams.Strong cross-organizational collaboration skills.For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $196,900.00 - $285,400.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a completion bonus.
