Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefsOversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staffComplete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefsRepresent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedingsAdvise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of actionAnalyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategiesQualifications:
Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills requiredWork independently while handling a heavy caseloadGraduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 yearsCan't be shy, afraid of opposing counsel, or the courtroom. This is a real job for a real courtroom lawyer.Compensation:
$120,000 - $150,000 yearly
