Genesys is seeking a dynamic Sr. Business Transformation Associate to support our enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. If you have a passion for transformation, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Support large-scale transformation initiatives to drive organizational change and achieve business objectives.Provide strategic direction and problem-solving solutions to the project teams.Develop and execute transformation roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of key milestones.Demonstrate exceptional influencing and relationship-building skills, inspiring and guiding project teams towards successful outcomes.Apply advanced process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Communicate complex transformation strategies and updates clearly and concisely to stakeholders.Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within Business Transformation and other internal organizations.Manage and collaborate effectively with global teams.Uphold and promote the principles of out-of-the-box, simplicity, automation, self-service, and risk reduction in all transformation activities.Work closely with business stakeholders to integrate change management activities to ensure smooth transitions.Apply active planning to ensure training is delivered on time and effectively.Qualifications:3-5 years relevant experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives or back-office operations.Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field preferred.Demonstrated ability to take the initiative, troubleshoot complex issues, develop meaningful relationships across all levels of the organization, and solicit/gain support inside and outside of the Business Transformation team.Experience working with third-party consultants and managing vendor relationships.Ability to work independently and proactively in an exciting environment.Advanced process improvement skills with experience facilitating operational excellence.Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.Desirable Skills:Excellent knowledge in agile and waterfall project management methodology; certification preferred.Experience with project management tools.Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.Compensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
