As a Senior Associate of Restructuring & Private Equity you will support advisory and capital efforts to solve complex problems, driving pragmatic solutions that are focused on creating value and maximizing returns for all constituents involved.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3-5 years restructuring advisory, restructuring investment banking or distressed situations experience, management consulting, distressed private equity, hedge fund, or management consulting.
Finance, Accounting, or Economics degree preferred. Masters/MBA will be an added advantage.
Advanced level of experience in financial modeling with ability to build 13-week cash flow forecast and 3-statement financial models is critical for success.
Advanced ability to decipher large and complex data sets as a basis for developing value-added conclusions.
Experience with all aspects of an acquisition process and performing valuation analysis.
Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of client personnel.
Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
Strong composure and demonstrated maturity working in rapidly changing environments.
Ability to build and sustain strong and trusted relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Team player who can excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, challenging work environment.
Comfortable working in an environment that both values and fosters initiative, creativity, and professionalism.
Demonstrated interest in finance and financial markets.
Willingness to travel.
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and teamwork mentality.
