The Supervisor of Forensic Services is responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the Forensic Services division, ensuring a professional, compassionate, and coordinated approach during the investigation of child and adolescent sexual and physical abuse, exploitation, abduction, and/or witness to violent crime.Duties and Responsibilities:Primary duties include overseeing program and staff development.

Provides direct supervision to professional staff and actively supports the mission, goals, and objectives of The CAC.

Oversees daily operations of the Forensic Services Division.

Ensure adherence to The CAC Multidisciplinary Team Protocols, and works closely with 50+ partner agencies to ensure best practices and to resolve any issues related to service provision.

Provides individual and group supervision to professional staff.

Review individual case information and daily assignments.

Participates in Multidisciplinary Case Staffing.

Actively provides training for local law enforcement, Child Protective Services, and other professionals within the community.

Education:Master's Degree in a mental health discipline

Experience:Minimum of three to five years direct experience required working with abused children and their families.

Licensures:Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Supervisor (LCSW-S) license required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Experience working with legal and protective systems and multidisciplinary programs.

Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Ability to work in highly stressful situations.

Ability to prioritize multiple service demands is imperative.
