We are searching for a high-caliber candidate with strong management skills to direct the operations of our 2 Juneau branches, ensuring they meet financial, operational, service, and growth goals.
What you'll be doing:
Ensure a high quality of service in both branches
Hire, train, review, coach and develop branch personnel to meet performance standards
Monitor branch operations to ensure strategic objectives are met
Maintain communication with senior management
Monitor all branch activities to ensure compliance with credit union policies and federal regulations
What you'll need:
Must have proven, strong management skills, minimum 2 years
2 - 5 years of financial institution experience strongly preferred
Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to function in a role that demands a high degree of discretion, trust and diplomacy
Working knowledge of MS Word & Excel
