Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Supervision:

Lead, manage and oversee the entire clinical team, including Clinical Supervisors, licensed clinicians and interns.

Provide Clinical group Supervision to provisionally licensed therapists

Coordinate and facilitate monthly team clinical staff meetings

Conduct quarterly documentation audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining high-quality treatment plans.

Participate in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training of clinical staff.

Provide supervision and support to ensure ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices.

Maintain established office hours for staff support.

Be willing to travel to other practice locations on an as-needed basis.

Client Services:

Manage a caseload of up to 20 clients, delivering high-quality therapeutic services.

Practice Management:

Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance clinical quality and efficiency.

Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure smooth practice operations.

Assists with the credentialing process .

Ensure practice compliance with all Federal, State, County, City, and HIPAA regulations.

Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the practice’s growth and success.

Qualifications:

Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or hold equivalent clinical licensure in NJ with a with a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) certification (LPC) or Clinical Supervisor certification (LCSW)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical supervisory or leadership role.

Demonstrated clinical expertise and familiarity with evidence-based practices.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse clinical team.
