Summary

We Level Up Lawrenceville is seeking an experienced

Clinical Director

who is passionate about creating a phenomenal clinical program and accreditation board criteria. The Director holds a small caseload and supports the clinical team with completing assessments and other clinical documents, as warranted by the needs of the facility while providing a variety of client care services as assigned.

Job Requirements

Responsible for providing oversight and leadership for all behavioral health functions within a substance abuse facility that provides inpatient and outpatient services.

Leads the clinical team by providing individual and group supervision and case consultation to a team of counselors and therapists, group facilitators, and case managers.

Responsible for ensuring quality and ethical services by following state standards and accreditation board criteria.

The Clinical Director is expected to support the clinical team with completing assessments and other clinical documents, as warranted by the needs of the facility and provide a variety of client care services as assigned by the ED.

Provide leadership, developing talent and encouraging a positive, collaborative workplace environment.

Setting direction and deploying resources effectively while leading all aspects of key talent retention, performance management and staffing (recruiting, hiring and training).

Lead team to improve collections rate, drive efficiency and enhance the experience to control cost.

Assess current operations performance, processes, Compile data and Establish KPIs for reporting/analytics to measure performance and create accountability.

Recommend and implement improvements to enable scalability, and efficiency.

Education:

Master Degree -

MUST HAVE

Required Credentials for this position:

Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), and;

Five years of experience in addiction services, two of those years in a supervisory capacity; and a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS)

OR

Licensed Psychologist and;

Five years of experience in addiction services, two of those years in a supervisory capacity; Possesses a Certification of Proficiency in the Treatment of Alcohol and other Psychoactive Substance Use Disorders from the American Psychological Association, College of Professional Psychology, or is a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS).

OR

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and;

Five years of experience in addiction services, two of those years in a supervisory capacity; A Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS). If the LCSW has a LCADC, the 20 hour Supervision Certification course suffices in place of the CCS.

OR

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and;

Five years of experience in addiction services, two of those years in a supervisory capacity; A Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS). If the LPC has a LCADC, the Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) credential suffices in place of the CCS.

OR

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and;

Five years of experience in addiction services, two of those years in a supervisory capacity;A Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS).

Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
