Description

All Juice Food & Beverage seeks a detail-oriented CIP Operator to join our team. All Juice is a juice production facility located in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Join the family-like atmosphere of an independently owned, small company. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined with high attention to detail and processes.

The CIP (Clean-In-Place)/ Sanitation Operator provides the foundation for safe, quality food products by completing proper cleanup and sanitation tasks. This position is required to follow regulatory standards to ensure both products and processes are clean and sterile. This is a full-time, 2nd shift position, with scheduled OT available, that reports to the Quality Assurance Manager.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for complex cleaning activities in manufacturing facilitiesOperate the CIP (clean-in-place) system to clean and sanitize equipment, tanks, and pipelinesDisassembly and reassembly of production equipment to perform necessary cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling of these pieces of equipmentClean processing tanks and vatsClean various items throughout facility including but not limited to weighing containers, scoops, totes, floors, mixing equipment.Ensure compliance to plant policies and Federal and State regulations including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Other duties and/or special projects as assignedAdhere to quality and safety standardsQualifications:

General understanding of manufacturing processes and related equipment.Related experience preferred but will train the right candidate!May have some exposure to dust, fumes and cleaning chemicalsAbility to handle multiple tasks, troubleshoot and problem solve.Ability to work within deadlinesAbility to work alone or as a member of a team, good cooperative skillsAbility to work assigned hours plus overtime as neededPay:

CIP Operator will receive $23/hour starting wage, increase to $24/hr upon training completion and successful performance reviewHours:

2nd shift - approximately 4pm-12:30am, Monday-Friday

May require occasional Saturday
