Job Summary:
Our client currently hiring experienced Traveling Construction Superintendents. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing construction at various jobsites across the United States. You will serve as the point person on each jobsite, working in conjunction with Project Managers at our headquarters.Qualifications:
Strong understanding of retail tenant improvementAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsUnderstanding of subcontractor responsibilitiesProficient with onsite technologyKnowledge of OSHA standardsExcellent leadership and communication skillsEnthusiastic and professional demeanorDriving & Travel Requirements:
Must maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insuranceMust be willing to travel 100% of the time across the United StatesComputer Skills:
Intermediate knowledge of Outlook required (e.g., sending emails, attaching documents to emails, etc.)Supervisory Responsibilities:
Direct the activities of subcontractors and client vendorsEmployment Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial fast track constructionProven track record of running successful projectsBenefits:
