Recruit, hire and assist in training of new salespeopleMentor and coach your sales team for successOversee the sales team to ensure company standards and sales goals are being metBe able to step in and answer any customer questions in a professional and courteous mannerCreate a high-quality and professional experience for our customersFill in and assist the finance department as neededBring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every dayQualifications
Must have a strong F&I special finance backgroundMust have experience and proven track recordAvailable to work flexible hours & weekendsMust be able to work in a team environmentFantastic communication skillsProfessional, well-groomed personal appearancePositive attitudeAutomotive Sales Manager experienceClean driving record is a mustWilling to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
