Diehl Automotive is searching for a IT technician I/II to be based at our Ohio/Hermitage Diehl Automotive stores. This is a full-time position that will require some travel between stores in the Ohio/Western PA area.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across dealership departments and stores.Troubleshoot end users, set up pc's, help with network issuesTravel to Diehl stores in the area as needed.Maintain and update computer systems, networks, and equipment.Assist with the implementation and management of IT projects.Set up users and maintain Active DirectorySet up uses and maintain Office365Ensure data security and system integrity.Qualifications:
For IT Technician I: Associate degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field.For IT Technician II: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years in a similar role preferred.Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.Excellent communication and people skills and ability to work well with team members.Experience with dealership management systems (Tekion), and various vehicle service-related hardware and software a plus.Travel between Diehl locations is a must. A drivers license with a clean driving record is necessary.Mostly end user support; some network experience helpful.Experience with VoIP a bonusWhy Diehl Automotive?
