Job Summary

CRISP is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Integrations team. The incumbent will join a team responsible for delivering mission critical data interfaces and workflows for the CRISP Health Information Exchange. The ideal applicant will be an excellent communicator who enjoys juggling multiple priorities and solving complex business problems. The Business Analyst plays a critical role in establishing B2B interfaces, enabling expansion to additional practices and business cases.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to the design and development of data interfaces that assist in facilitating the exchange of health information for healthcare professionalsTake ownership of business processes, data quality, and overall success of customer engagementsWork with different stakeholders and subject matter experts from different backgrounds (clinical, business, technical)Assist in coordination of the Agile/Scrum development processCoordinate connectivity with customers to enable data exchangeAssist QA with reviewing test interfaces and ensuring appropriate quality of downstream systemsHelp your team solve difficult problems - learning from and sharing with team membersAssist in the scheduling and deployment of developed interfacesManage priorities and requests in an organized mannerUnderstand how services are being used and use that knowledge to inform future developmentsQualifications

Ability to quickly understand and take ownership of business processes and product development plansAbility to work with many different stakeholders and subject matter experts from different backgrounds (clinical, business, technical)Take pride in delivering quality data that meets the client and end-user's needsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodology, particularly as a means for organizing work prioritiesExperience with writing and executing requirements and test casesDemonstrated ability to work well on a diverse teamKnowledge of network connectivity and security principles (VPN, whitelisting, certificates, etc.) preferredExperience with Mirth Connect, HL7 Interfaces, and FHIR resources preferredAbility to query and review data in SQL preferredEducation and/or Experience

Bachelors or Masters degree required in computer science or information systems.Experience with Project Management, Process Documentation and ImplementationUnderstanding of Healthcare Integrations via experience or education, preferredHealthcare IT experience preferredUnderstanding of network connectivity and security principles (VPN, certificates, etc.)Experience with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExperience crafting complex SQL statements
