Join us as we grow and transform the energy drink market in the US!We are expanding with a regional model where this role will report to the Regional Director of Sales & Distribution. The Regional Account Manager will oversee regional chains within the territory, with additional account positions to be added as we secure new business. This role is responsible for prioritizing regional chain opportunities (focused on Convenience & Grocery), gaining new distribution, and managing overall account relationships. We seek an entrepreneurial-minded individual who is a self-starter, excited about growth, and eager to spend more time selling and executing rather than dealing with the clerical functions typical of larger companies. This role offers significant career growth opportunities within our expanding organization. The position can be based anywhere centrally located within the region (Southern California, Nevada, Arizona or Utah) preferably in a larger market.Responsibilities:Prioritize regional chains based on current and future Direct Store Delivery (DSD) distribution coverage and channel prioritization.

Gain distribution in regional chains, which range from 10 stores to 2,500 store chains.

Manage accounts of regional chains, including trade management and execution.

Own account trade budgets and KPIs in the regional chains.

Analyze customer trends from different resources (Nielsen & VIP) to support continuous improvement in sales strategies.

Collaborate with the Gorilla Distributor Manager and DSD groups to communicate execution plans with the distributor network.

Work with our Master Operations & Distributor Partner (Pabst) on forecasts and product timing needs.

Participate in team meetings to help the regional team and Gorilla nationally to grow and succeed.

Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) off-premises channels, preferably in the beverage category and convenience or grocery channels.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management (Regional or National), preferably in the beverage or snacks industry and convenience or grocery channels.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management with brands using a DSD network, preferably within beverage or snacks distributors.

Proactive and growth-oriented mindset.

Strong belief in fostering ideas and teamwork.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Position requires an average of 50% travel, primarily within the region.

Compensation and Benefits:Salary range: $125,000 - $150,000

Annual bonus potential of 20% of salary.
