Master Data Specialist

As part of the supply chain organization the Master Data Specialist will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and governance of ERP data used for management of Lytx's purchasing, planning and logistics operations. This role will work cross-functionally to ensure that vendor and item data is accurately represented in corporate systems and manage the data governance processes that oversee the product lifecycle of the data. Other duties will include developing metrics and reporting on data accuracy/integrity as well as purchasing activities as needed along with driving continuous improvements throughout the processes!

Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, and validate item and vendor master dataRun the data governance process for updating and changing master data recordsDevelop and implement data governance processes and proceduresMonitor and report on data quality metrics and resolve any data quality issuesIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities related to data lifecycle managementCreate and maintain process documentation for data governanceCoordinate with cross-functional teams on ensuring minimum data requirements are metSeek opportunities for integration with other enterprise systems for data alignmentSupport purchasing activities as needed, including PO managementOther duties as assignedEducation/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field2-4+ years of experience in master data or other data management in ERP systemsExperience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)Have an understanding of the importance and role of master data as used in planning, purchasing and logistics operationsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to communicate and collaborate across a variety of corporate organizationsA passion for problem solving and the ability to analyze and use data in a meaningful way to drive decision makingBenefits:

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:$78,500.00 - $99,500.00
