Here's what you'd do:Perform hand soldering by utilizing a microscope to remove, install, align and straighten partsRemove solder from Gold Plate, prepare for re-plating and re-plateUse epoxy to affix loose pads to boardAdd land material when it is broken or missingApply epoxy to damaged PC Boards to repair fiberglassInstall missing pads

Here's what requirements you'll need :Minimum 1 year experience hand soldering Printed Circuit Board Assemblies
Here's what sets you apart from other candidates that our clients prefer:JSTD and IPC certification Lift up to 35 pounds Read and write in English Knowledge working on computersCapable of performing job function utilizing written procedures, verbal instructions and visual aids.Ability to work and communicate effectively as a team member.Self-motivated, ability to work independently and quickly with a high degree of accuracy
