Job Description:We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, providing assistance and ensuring a positive experience for all. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:Greet visitors and clients in a welcoming and professional manner.Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company's products/services.Manage appointments and schedules, including booking meeting rooms and coordinating appointments for staff.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, as needed.Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.Uphold company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Qualifications:Training and Education:High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.Experience:Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.Skills and Abilities:Bi-lingual – English and SpanishCommunication Skills: Receptionists interact with clients, customers, and colleagues on a daily basis.
