LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a Corporate Office in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Receptionist to join their team. This is a full-time in-office Monday through Friday $20-$23/hr depending on prior experience.

Job DutiesThe Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.Manage the front desk, including maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.Assist with clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.Provide administrative support to various departments as required.Handle basic inquiries from clients and visitors, providing information and resolving issues.Ensure compliance with security protocols, such as visitor sign-in procedures.Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or Administrative AssistantProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.Apply now!

$20.00 to $23.00 per hour
