We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience with our company. Your responsibilities will involve managing the front desk, greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, and ensuring that all incoming calls and inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay:

$19.50 - $31.00 per hour

Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.Manage appointment scheduling and calendar for staff members as needed.Maintain a clean and organized reception area for a welcoming environment.Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents as necessary.Assist in the coordination of office events and meetings.Handle inquiries and provide information regarding company services and policies.Qualifications:
