focus on what matters to you !We are looking for a Tax Supervisor to join our Tax Department in our New York office. As a Tax Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service. Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Prepares and reviews tax returns, extensions, and projections for various clients (C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, Individual, Trust)Knowledge of Federal and State tax lawPerform tax research to resolve issuesMaintain frequent contact with client and handle day-to-day client relationship issuesBuild relationships with clients and staffQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Masters in Taxation preferred5+ years of professional experience, preferably in a mid-size public accounting firmCPA or (in progress) preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust have excellent client service skillsHighly motivatedResponsive to clientsOutstanding analytical, organizational and project management skillsKnowledge of CCH Axcess and Go File Room is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office ApplicationsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, age, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

For positions in New York City, the salary range is $120,000 -- $ 135,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
