area.Position Overview:Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and personable IT Support Specialist to join our team in Wisconsin. This role involves a blend of technical expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure smooth IT operations and support within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring installations, managing password resets, resolving Office 365 issues, and handling the delivery, installation, and setup of new equipment.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the installation of IT equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality.Assist with password resets and account access issues to maintain secure and smooth user operations.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365 applications and services.Manage the delivery, installation, and setup of new equipment, including PCs, monitors, mice, and cell phones.Provide hands-on support at the help desk, addressing and resolving user issues promptly and effectively.Exhibit exceptional people skills, providing friendly and professional support to all users and ensuring a positive experience.Utilize technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.Minimum Qualifications:1-3 years of overall IT support experience.IT Desktop support experience - installing, upgrading, and managing Microsoft O365 desktop environments.Expereince with delivery, installation and set-up of new equipment (PCs, monitors, mouses, cell phones).Experience troubleshooting and installing printers.Experience with remote connectivity and mobile devices.Experience with imaging, updating, and patching laptops/desktops.What We Do:What We Do:Working for GDC means you will be at the forefront of the technological world.
