Overview:Coaches and consults with leaders so they achieve their academic/operational goals by focusing on employee performance, talent management, organizational effectiveness and diversity & inclusion. Must be able to effectively work across all levels of the organization, serve as a trusted partner to leadership, and operate proactively to bring District priorities to life. This includes developing a deep understanding of the functional goals of the buildings/departments served, ensuring that each has the right talent, structure, culture and processes in place to drive and sustain impact. Interpersonal skills and the ability to make data driven decisions and recommendations are critical. Responsibilities for assigned locations include: assessing and anticipating talent related needs; aligning HR activities with organizational goals and school/department continuous improvement plans; participating in the planning of staff allocations; providing strategic human resource guidance related to workforce and talent needs and best practices; providing support and technical assistance in the areas of performance management, recruitment and selection, investigations, discipline and employee leaves; providing, analyzing and tracking key HR data to identify trends and inform decision making.
