Globally, Scania also provides solutions and services for sustainable transport and operates close to 2,000 service points in over 100 countries.ResponsibilitiesThe Network Development Manager is responsible for supporting and developing Scania USAs Service Support Network to ensure the highest possible uptime for our products. The role requires a business-oriented mindset combined with a good technical understanding. This position also involves handling administrative duties, following up on service targets and campaigns, and implementing policies. Additionally, this role serves as the primary point of contact for service network-related questions from a few of Scanias largest customers and OEMs.Act as the interface between Scania USA and the distributor.Schedule and organize routine visits to Scania distributors.Analyze network performance to identify strengths and weaknesses.Create and implement action plans for continuous network improvement.Ensure that the distributor has routines in place for:- Service- Parts- Campaigns- Warranty- Training- Dealer developmentEnsure that customer requirements and expectations are met, through the provision of quality workmanship.Be the communication interface between the network and global OEM-customers.Assist Distributors with identifying dealer prospects based on Scanias requirements.Maintain the highest level of professional standards when engaging with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.Comply with company policies and procedures and mandatory trainings, including the completion of documents and records.Promote and work with the Scania Dealer Operating Standards (DOS) when visiting Distributor and Dealers to ensure uniform quality standards in all areas of the business.Reports To:

After Sales DirectorEducation and/or ExperienceTechnical University engineering degree desired.Documented experience of diesel engine technology for later model engines.Previous working experience from heavy equipment retail level.Knowledge of troubleshooting engines using computer-aided diagnostic systems.
