What you get to do

Perform service transition tasks according to ITIL methodology processes (Asset management, change management, knowledge management-SOP management)Perform service operation tasks according to ITIL methodology processes (Event management, incident management, problem management, request fulfillment, access management)Interact professionally with other department and outside vendorsManage single projects to ensure they are completed on time, on budget, and according to the customer's request.Interact with corporate IT and vendors to isolate and repair software and remote troubles callsAssist users with laptop set up and testingAssist with repair parts and receiving processMaintain PCI ComplianceOther duties as assignedWhat it takes to succeed

High school diploma or equivalentTechnical certifications for PC, Network, Telcom, and system support experienceAt least five years of experience working with PC, Telecom, System Support and/or Network experienceWorking knowledge of Windows, Cisco IOS, and/or AvayaExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic math skillsAbility to recognize service design (according to ITIL methodology processes) concerns and address with peers and supervisors. (Service levels, availability management, information/physical security management)Ability to lift 75 poundsAbility to push/pull 150 poundsAbility to bend, lift, push and climb ladders repetitivelyHave a valid state driver's license and be able to obtain a company driver's licenseAbility to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours; including evenings, weekends and holidays1 year guest service experience preferredStrong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English.Compensation: $27.00 per hour
