Axient is seeking a

Senior Project Support Analyst

to support our customer in

Huntsville, AL.What you will do...:Anticipate the Product Managers (PdM) needs and demonstrate strong critical analysis skills to generate/propose/execute solutions to routine problems and/or novel situations. Solid personal diplomacy skills are needed to conduct adjacent staff and other organization coordination. Skills involve being able to listen, empathize, and communicate effectively to address any conflicts or disagreements that may arise. Can attain a program/project management certification within 12 months of being hired.Manage the assignment, tracking, and configuration control of all Staff Actions Control Officer (SACO) tasks, as they relate to PdM C-UAS, from end-to-end. Assuring all assigned tasks are received, assigned/coordinated, tracked to completion. Attest that the PdMs Priorities are assigned and understood by workforce.Develop and maintain knowledge management processes and repositories to ensure maximum portability of total integration effort between PdM C-UAS personnel and/or other program offices.Act as a liaison and provide support to Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) and Deputy for Acquisition and Systems Management (DASM) leadership, ensuring the PdMs strategic messaging and situational awareness are maintained.Complete a broad variety of tasks that facilitate the PdMs ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, managing Integrated Master Schedules, Monthly Acquisition Reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; and maintaining contact lists.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external entities on all PdM-related matters, including those of a highly classified or critical nature.Analyze, prioritize and recommend appropriate courses of action supporting the PDMs organizational policies. Track actions to completion.Sustain open communications with senior organizational leadership and staff.Provide recommendations on all aspects of the PdM C-UAS organizations office services. Evaluate and assist in developing office policies and procedures for improved workflow. Forecast future needs as the organization grows.Required to have working knowledge of Microsoft related applications.Additional duties as assigned.

Skills you will need...:Minimum Requirements:Bachelors Degree and 10 years of experience working in the Federal and or Industry workforce in a respective technical/professional discipline.Must have an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the SECRET level to start work. Must be able to maintain the required clearance for duration of employment. Must be a US citizen to meet eligibility requirements for DoD security clearance as applies to this position.Must have demonstrated experience working in a team environment.Must be able to work in-person, onsite at assigned location 5 days per week (M-F), 8 hours per day.Desired Qualifications:Masters Degree and 15 years of experience in the respective technical or professional discipline.Experience with classified and Special Access Programs (SAP) work.Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management certification.PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.Provide supporting documentation as required.Active/transferable/sustainable TS/SCI with current investigation at the required level..001#CJ
