Recruiter
to our team in the Manhattan Office.
Serving as a welcome introduction for candidates and new hires to our Arrow Security-NYC community, the
Recruiter
manages full cycle recruiting to new hire onboarding stages for our dynamic Manhattan-based NYC regional office, The Recruiter's daily functions include digital and grassroots recruiting efforts, candidate interviewing, hiring and onboarding processes for new security staff, examining documentation for validity and accuracy and providing general staffing/HR support to recruitment and HR departments.
The Recruiter fosters best practices to ensure compliance with Federal and DOS regulations and is committed to the respect and integrity of our Arrow mission to provide an exceptional candidate and new hire experience.
Essential Job DutiesWorks with Recruitment Manager to research and implement grassroots recruiting strategiesManages candidate responses to job postings using applicant tracking softwarePerforms candidate interviews and initiates hiring and onboarding processesNYS DOS/DLS verification of security officer credentials on state websitesReviews hiring package to ensure accuracy and completenessPerforms E-Verify processes for I-9 forms and reviews documents for validityAttends regular recruitment team meetings to track progress and devise new strategies for successOther admin work as neededPosition Requirements
At least 3 year of recruitment experience in high volume, high turnover industriesAt least 2 years of admin experience, HR experience a plus!Proficient in Microsoft Office, working knowledge of HRIS and ATS systemsStrong work ethic, interpersonal skills, compassion and sound judgment
Compensation Range:
$70,000- $85,000 Annually
