In this role you will work in close partnership with Project Managers to complete land development design, planning and permitting for various projects. We hire the best and the brightest from across the country constructing a team of experts in architecture, design, engineering, project management, and business services.A DAY IN THE LIFE:Design and draft land development concept plans for industrial, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, and multifamily residential design/build projectsCoordinate with reviewers, clients, and project managers to ensure project timelines and expectations are metEducate and train Engineers and Project Managers on best practicesDesign & analyze comprehensive construction documents, calculations, report generations, and Civil 3D drawings and models to obtain permittingDevelop and manage relationships with internal and external clientsNECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering4+ years of hands-on land development experience in an engineering firmPE certification or ability to obtain within 1 year is preferredComputer skills: proficiency using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
