Description

Visual Sound is looking for an experienced full-time Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for researching and sourcing ideal candidates for our next level of growth. This is NOT A REMOTE POSITION, but on-site at the Corporate Headquarters in Broomall PA.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for researching and sourcing ideal candidates for our next level of growth

Collaborate with the President and Department Managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs

Advertise job openings on careers page, job boards, and social media networks

Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and other tools to proactively source candidates

Manage end-to-end recruitment of open roles including understanding business needs, drafting job descriptions and job specifications

Review resumes for initial fit in accordance with job description and required education

Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, aptitudes and education

Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone/email

Process background and reference checks

Maintain detailed records of open and closed requisitions, and provide updates to Executive Management

Monitor and apply recruiting best practices

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Handle administrative duties and record keeping

Participate in career fairs to boost company recognition

Partner with colleges and universities to build a pipeline for talent pool

Position Requirements

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of proven recruiting experience

Strong work ethic

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be highly organized

Must have the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

Comfort communicating with all levels of the organization

Ability to build instant rapport

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
