And, just as we value our members, we value our employees!The Retail Operations Representative is responsible for assisting the card administrator with daily functions included but not limited to contacting members to identify debit card transactions, process ACH and Share Draft files, and process incoming and outgoing wires. This role will also cross train on all other areas of Retail Operations to ensure coverage in all areas included but not limited to IRAs, Shared Branching, A2A, Alacrity, Prize Out, and Zelle.Responsibilities:Contact members regarding debit card authorizations on their accounts -Enfact alertsReview daily Client Central ReportsIssue temporary credit on debit cardsProcess claims and disputes in Client CentralDaily reconciliation of SPC GLDaily reconciliation of Fiserv Pin adjustment GL Review monthly card issue Order cards as requested from hosting site and help deskProcess ACH FilesProcess ACH reclamationsProcess ACH and Checking disputesProcess manual payrollProcess AllocationsProcess Check AdjustmentsProcess ACH and Check Stop PaymentsProcess Daily Share Draft fileProcess incoming and outgoing wiresBack up to Credit Card AdministratorScan documentsReview check orders for accuracySupport credit union staff by responding to inquiries and correcting errorsBacks up other department staff membersAchieves a minimum of "Satisfactory" rating on internal audits and examinationsAccomplishes the credit union's mission by completing relevant duties as needed when requested by management or other staff membersAnd all other duties as assignedEssential Qualifications:Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent certification and three (3) to five (5) years of banking/teller experience required.Knowledge of credit union products, services, policies, regulations and proceduresKnowledge of ComplianceDemonstrated computer and software skillsSkill with independent problem-solvingAbility to handle multiple deadlinesAbility to multi-taskAbility to express oneself clearly and articulately both orally and in writingAbility to exercise tact and responsibility with handling confidential informationAbility to work with direct supervision of daily activitiesWorking Conditions:Must be able to function in a normal office environment with frequent interruptions by other employeesMust be able to sit frequently and use repetitive hand motions for typingMust be able to communicate through speaking and hearing, and use visual acuity for reporting and presenting financial information to other employees and/or vendors and other third party membersWork hours may be outside for the normal work day Apply today and discover a rewarding career!
