Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project : Analyze business processes and provide innovative and scalable solutions to increase operational maturity; consult with clients to architect, design and develop appropriate process solutions.

Project : Work with technical team to translate business and functional requirements into a comprehensive solution; work with Engagement Manager and project team to determine risks, impacts, priorities, and timelines surrounding outstanding tasks.

Process : Advise on options, risk, and impacts on business processes and cultural adoption.

Client : Consult with clients to architect and develop appropriate solutions. Manage client expectations throughout the engagement.

Experience : Deliver a positive value-add experience for clients in every interaction.

People : Lead, manage, coach, and mentor Business Consultants in the development of business processes, improvement initiatives, and personal goals.

Financial : Utilize design tools and techniques to deliver efficiently.

Quality : Ensure each artefact produced, all guidance and recommendations made, and all personal interactions are of the highest quality.

Documentation : Review all related documentation utilizing best practices; delivering content to client or internal resources in acceptable time frame.

Business : Participate in gathering business requirements through a variety of techniques (e.g., facilitated workshops, work sessions and interviews) and prototype business solutions.

Business : Analyze requirements and develop high-level and detailed business process designs

Business : Support gap analysis activity highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices, and competition.

Methodology : Entrepreneurial development of new products, service lines, and service offerings.

Methodology : Develop standards, templates, and procedures to aid in the development of the required work products.

Technical : Understands the functional specifications and the technical capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform, being able to articulate this to both client and colleague groups

Technical : Review technical solutions designed from high-level specification ensuring that these meet client requirements.

Relationship Management : Establish and maintain networking relationships with client organizations.

Relationship Management:

Establishes credibility at all levels with clients and builds problem-solving partnerships with clients and colleagues.

Leverage : Understand client needs and match these to relevant services or products.

Communications : Understands and communicates both goals and critical success factors for the project; sells ideas persuasively and paces the communications properly.

Sales : Generate additional opportunities within your engagements.

Develop : Be an active participant in training and development opportunities, demonstrating a growth mindset as a lifelong learner.

Public space : Act as the face of the Company by participating in local/national industry.

Onsite in Charlotte, North Carolina
