Apply now and let's transform possibilities into realities!The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteYou will be mainly accountable for:* Provide technical support to end users by identifying and management resolution of system data maintenance and troubleshooting hardware and network related issues.* Systems Level 1 ops support* Preparing and maintaining process documentation for the system services and advising on the correct and effective use of the services.* Applying and executing the relevant measurement and reporting management practice to enable planning, controlling, reviewing, and auditing services to meet agreed Key Performance Indicator targets.* Providing consultation, advice, and supporting the installation of IS services, or the change of existing IS services.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldBlue Yonder Suite (WMS, TMS, OMS, LMS) Experience or 2+ Years of DC Operational ExperienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as a teamCandidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.More about us
