We are looking for team players who want the freedom to innovate leading edge capabilities to join our growing Cybersecurity team.Responsibilities:About the role:In this Sr. Cybersecurity Analyst (Governance) role, you are responsible for the following areas:Governance & Oversight

You will provide support, guidance, and oversight for a variety of Cybersecurity initiatives, projects, and teams. This includes strategic planning, executive reporting, issue management, regulatory compliance, and identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies across the cybersecurity organization.Phishing Campaigns

You will develop, distribute, and monitor periodic anti-phishing campaigns. You will support the phishing assessment risk evaluation, data analytics, and related reporting processes.Training and Awareness

You will develop, deliver, and promote an education and training program for employees to raise cybersecurity awareness across the organization. You will facilitate the creation, review, and delivery of global cybersecurity communications.Qualifications:What makes you a dream candidate?Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and assess risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing requirements, and apply new knowledge to real-world problems.Effective planning, time management, negotiation, and delegation skillsWillingness to continuously improve skills and knowledge, and to pursue additional training and certifications to advance in the field.Demonstrated interest and passion for cybersecurity, with relevant education, certifications, or work experience.Experience & ExperienceBachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience strongly preferred3-5 years of experience in large and complex business environments with a successful track record working directly with senior level management requiredAt least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following domains: Access Control, Telecom and Network Security, Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Management, Software Development Security, Cryptography, Security Architecture and Design, Operational Security, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, Legal Regulations, Investigations and Compliance, Physical (Environmental) Security, IT or Security Audit, IT or Security Compliance requiredInformation Security Certifications strongly preferredWhat We Offer:
