Our other offerings include systems migrations, technology relocations, computer hardware maintenance, mobile device management, managed print services, staff augmentation and product procurement.NOW HIRING DESKTOP SUPPORT ANALYSTS!Responsibilities include:Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone or electronically (tickets)Educate end-users on how to resolve various hardware and software problemsDiagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issuesTrack and route problems and requests and document resolutionsStay current with system information, changes and updatesSetup new user hardware/ softwareMaintain hardware and software inventoryClone computer using imaging software; maintain clone imagesProvide technical assistance for all printers and scannersProvide technical assistance to users for network, VPN, web based portal and wireless issues.Escalate incidents to IT Network Administrators, Business Analysts or Developers when appropriate
Skills Required:2 - 3 years, experience supporting Windows7/Win10/365 desktop/laptop PCsExperience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop and laptop PCsExperience installing software, patches, updates on Desktops, Laptops, ServersExperience troubleshooting basic network, software, printing problemsCustomer Service Experience a must!
