Responsibilities- Provide technical support to end-users on a variety of IT issues.- Basic understanding of Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (MDM) concepts.- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.- Assist with firewall configuration and management.- Manage DNS settings and configurations.- Support computer management tasks such as software installations and updates.- Administer Active Directory accounts and permissions.- Provide desktop support for hardware and software issues.- Prior experience in technical support or a related field is preferred.- Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving.- Knowledge of network administration principles.- Familiarity with IT systems including Active Directory, DNS, and firewall management.- Experience with desktop support and computer management.Job Type:
