Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Tallahassee, FL Duration: 12+ months Job Description: The activities these candidates will be tasked with include, but are not limited to the following: Client and analyze existing business and clinical processes nalyze defined business rules and functional requirements Create new, and analyze existing, business requirements documents Plan, schedule, facilitate, and document meetings ssist with the evaluation of potential solutions Produce reports and project artifacts ssist with the execution of organizational change management Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience with establishing and maintaining business process workflows bility to construct effective test plans and test cases bility to communicate business information effectively and in writing to users and information technology personnel bility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other bility to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language Exceptionally self-motivated and directed Superior analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills bility to write technical documentation Preference will be given to candidates that have: Experience working with EHR systems Experience working in a healthcare setting Knowledge of data systems used within a behavioral health setting
