Field Support Representative
located in
Midland, TX .
The
Field Support Representative , working within our industry leading Institutional division, will play a key role providing office management support for two corporate account managers. This position is responsible for managing and prioritizing requests from these associates and ensures all necessary reporting and correspondence is completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner. As a critical role for the business, this position expeditiously and effectively resolves the issues and concerns of large, multi-unit corporate account customers.

Manage the daily operation of the officeResponsible for Order to Cash processing including sales order entry, delivery creation, and invoicingMonitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivableResponsible for the administration and general office duties involving, typing, and record and file maintenance, documentation creation.Assisting with sales reporting and documentationMaintaining relevant EDI information and processing EDI errorsWorking closely with customers and internal departments to resolve order and/or inventory issuesProvides general administrative support to the District Manager and Sales positionsGenerates and maintains confidential information and administer company policy and proceduresMinimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED2+ years of administrative support experienceImmigration Sponsorship not offered for this rolePreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree completed or in progressStrong PC skills including demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)SAP experienceEDI Customer Portals - Ex. ARIBA, OpenInvoice, iSupplier, etc.Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and basic reasoning skills.Excellent Verbal and Written skills a must.Ability to work in fast paced environment.Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities a must.Must be flexible, responsive and resourceful
