About the roleProvide technical governance and assurance of complex solutions that span across multiple technical streams.What you'll be doingAssist with pre-sales engagement; qualification of design and/or opportunities to win customer businessAttend and present at customer meetings to ensure understanding of customer requirements and to assist with knowledge transferLead technical teams and take ownership of complex assignments that span multiple technology streams ensuring design solutions meet the customer contractual requirementsProduce technical, presales and consultative documentation across technology streamsQuality assure all deliverables produced by team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of dataBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across ComputacenterKeep up to date with current and future market developments, technologies, products and strategiesManage design and implementation of low risk/medium scale solutionsUnderstand and abide by all security and operational policiesEffective delivery of assignments using Computacenter's methodologiesDelivery of quality solutionsAchievement of utilization targetsSuccessful handover of technology to internal or customer support functionSafety and security of facilityEmbrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core valuesWhat you haveGraduate level or relevant technical experience within a large organization or IT IndustryRelevant qualifications or accreditations in one or more technology area(s)Legally eligible to work in the United StatesAbility to design complex multi-technology solutionsAbility to design complex technical solutions and provide input into bid, project and technical documentsBroad knowledge of the business benefits that technical solutions can provideAbility to lead and organize a large virtual technical team, with good negotiation skills and people management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present in a group settingPrefer a strong working knowledge of computer system applications (e.g.: Windows, Microsoft Office, OSX, Salesforce)What you can expectThere’s so much more to enjoy about being at Computacenter than just having a rewarding career.
