About the roleProvide technical governance and assurance of complex solutions that span across multiple technical streams.What you'll be doingAssist with pre-sales engagement; qualification of design and/or opportunities to win customer business.Attend and present at customer meetings to ensure understanding of customer requirements and to assist with knowledge transfer.Lead technical teams and take ownership of complex assignments that span multiple technology streams ensuring design solutions meet the customer contractual requirements.Produce technical, presales, and consultative documentation across technology streams.Quality assure all deliverables produced by team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of data.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Computacenter.Keep up to date with current and future market developments, technologies, products, and strategies.Manage design and implementation of low risk/medium scale solutions.Understand and abide by all security and operational policies.Effective delivery of assignments using Computacenter's methodologies.Delivery of quality solutions.Achievement of utilization targets.Successful handover of technology to internal or customer support function.Safety and security of facility.Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.What you haveGraduate level or relevant technical experience within a large organization or IT Industry.Relevant qualifications or accreditations in one or more technology area(s).Legally eligible to work in the United States.Ability to design complex multi-technology solutions.Ability to design complex technical solutions and provide input into bid, project, and technical documents.Broad knowledge of the business benefits that technical solutions can provide.Ability to lead and organize a large virtual technical team, with good negotiation skills and people management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present in a group setting.Prefer a strong working knowledge of computer system applications (e.g., Windows, Microsoft Office, OSX, Salesforce).What you can expectThere’s so much more to enjoy about being at Computacenter than just having a rewarding career.
