Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targetsLead and mentor a team of Regional Sales Managers across the Northeast, Great Lakes, Bluegrass, Midwest, and Southern RegionsCultivate relationships with top-tier clients and drive new business acquisitionCollaborate closely with the SVP of Global Sales & Major Accounts
The Ideal Candidate:7+ years of outside sales experience in packaging3+ years managing field sales representativesBachelor's degree in Business or related fieldStrong business acumen and results-oriented mindsetExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsTech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
