Job Summary:Springmont School in Atlanta is seeking a highly skilled Director of Finance to join their team. The Director will oversee all financial activities of the school and provide strategic financial guidance to the Head of School.
Duties:
Develop and implement financial strategies in line with school goalsManage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesEnsure compliance with financial regulations and standardsConduct risk analysis and advise on risk management strategiesSupervise financial reporting and analysisLead revenue cycle management effortsImplement cost accounting initiatives to optimize expensesDrive financial modeling to support decision-makingOversee strategic planning for financial growth, including auxiliary program revenue
Skills:The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysisExperience in revenue cycle management and risk analysisStrategic planning abilities to drive financial growthFamiliarity with Non-Profit compliance and internal controlsExpertise in financial planning and cost accountingAbility to supervise and lead a finance team
