We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and driving the company's financial strategy and planning.
Duties:
Develop and implement financial strategies in line with company goals
Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team
Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Conduct risk analysis and advise on investment opportunities
Manage treasury functions and ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations
Lead financial modeling to support business decisions
Monitor market trends and perform market analysis to support strategic planning
Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and other regulatory requirements
Drive mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic financial initiatives
Supervise the preparation of financial reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive role
Strong knowledge of fiscal management practices
Expertise in financial modeling, risk analysis, treasury management, and market analysis
Experience in public accounting is a plus
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create accurate reports
Exceptional communication skills for effective financial report writing
