• Project Oversight: Plan, schedule, organize, and direct all field installations performed by Field Superintendents and subcontractors on new and repair/renovation job sites.
• Budget Management: Ensure installations and renovations/repairs are executed within budgeted costs and time schedules to ensure positive profitability.
• Customer Relations: Act as the key intermediary with the customer, owner, and/or general contractor, maximizing customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality assurance on all assigned projects, ensuring safety and compliance at every step.

• Proven experience in managing construction projects, including new installations and renovations/repairs.
