Job Title: Mortgage Escrow Coordinator
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana (ON-SITE)
Pay: $16.89
Schedule:
Mon-Thurs 9:30AM- 8:00PM EST
Mon- Friday 10AM-6:30PM EST
Job Description:
Accurately verify, key, and/or memo insurance information in relation to all escrow product/coverage types
Ability to follow up and resolve customer problems or issues
Assess company and client needs through receipt of information, research of loan history and analyzing data. Look for telltale trends or areas of improvement
Maintain a knowledge of escrow servicing regulations to maintain compliance with Federal, State and agency specific guidelines
Requirements/Duties:
High School Diploma required
1-2 years of related work experience required
