Job Title: Claims Investigator
Location: Carmel, IN
Pay: $17
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:30AM-5:00PM (30 Min Lunch)
Job Description:
Conduct thorough investigations into claims by gathering evidence, interviewing claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties
Review documentation, medical records, and other evidence to assess the legitimacy of claims.
Prepare detailed reports summarizing investigation findings and recommendations for claim approval or denial.
Organize and maintain detailed records of investigations and outcomes for future reference and reporting
Requirements/Duties:
Auto Insurance experience preferred
Will be on the phone and updating in systems, so good phone etiquette and computer skills are important
Worked in Administrative tasks
