JOB SUMMARY: This position will function as a task manager, business-systems analyst, and technical documenter. They will often execute these roles simultaneously on different initiatives. They will support a wide range of moderate to highly complex business, project, and application development deliverables. This role requires the incumbent to be confident along with strong communication and organization skills.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop and monitor plans for low complexity projects, including status reporting.
  2. Guide teams to complete milestones for system development, analytic projects, and/or recurring tasks amidst shifting priorities.
  3. Manage meeting recurrence, frequency, attendance, documentation, and action items.
  4. Perform project relevant research as assigned and share findings written and/or orally.
  5. Trace and manage requirements to project plans and deliverables.
  6. Participate in process walkthroughs and gather, identify, and document the scope of work as part of the project life cycle - requirements, design, programming, testing, and deployment.
  7. Develop and maintain low complexity documentation, including system/data flows and user documentation, as part of project deliverables.
  8. Create and update documentation for HCE's Knowledge Center aspects of business processes that impact reporting and analytics.
  9. Provide support on program management tools and applications.
  10. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
  11. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.
  12. Please note due to the exposure of PHI sensitive data -- this role is considered to be a High Risk Role.

JOB SCOPE: Incumbent works within a team under direction of more experienced resources and begins to use judgment and experience to identify issues, trends, and problems on initiatives that may not be clearly defined. Work is varied and complex, requiring the individual to use a broad range of knowledge and experience.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $60-65K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
