Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including lease administration, budgeting, payables, and receivables.
• Collaboration: Work closely with banks, accountants, and investors to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Record Keeping: Oversee the maintenance of accurate financial records and generate detailed reports.
• Training & Reporting: Receive comprehensive training from bookkeeping staff and report on financial matters.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with established policies and regulations.

 Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years Real Estate/Property Management Accounting Exp. Required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Yardi Real Estate Management software is highly desirable.
• Bonus Skills: Accounting experience is a plus.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Initiative: Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently.
