Our client in Stratford has an immediate temp-to-perm need for an 

Accounts Payable Specialist. 

 This is a great opportunity for a self-starter to join a stable, family-owned company that is a leader in its industry, Must be able to work 100% in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily accounts payable functions include processing payments - matching and coding, pay bills in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Vendor relations including setup and maintaining files.
  • Work with other departments to resolve invoice issues.
  • Perform month-end reconciliations, accruals.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3+ years related experience - 3-way match.
  • HS degree or equivalent required. 
  • Previous ERP System experience, excel.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, and multi-tasking skills.
