We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Controller to join our growing team in the construction industry. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

Job Details

The ideal candidate for the Corporate Controller position should possess the following qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or professional accreditation such as certified public accountant (CPA) or certified management accountant (CMA) is highly desirable.
  2. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting role.
  3. Proven experience in financial analysis and forecasting.
  4. In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  5. Strong analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
  6. Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  7. Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
  8. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP).
  9. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with great accuracy.
  10. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a problem-solving attitude.
