Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Job Location: Minneapolis, MN
Job Type: PERMANENT/DIRECT HIRE
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 with an employee benefits package

General Job Description: One of Newbold’s top clients seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their fast-paced, energetic working environment. The right candidate for this role will be a positive, forward-thinking professional with a passion for designing power, lighting, fire alarms, and low-voltage systems for structural construction projects.

Job Requirements:

• 2 or more years of experience as an Electrical Engineer
• Must possess an Associate or Technical degree in Design/Drafting Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Must have expert-level knowledge in Microsoft Office, Revit, and AutoCAD. MicroStation, Visual Lighting, AGI 32, or SKM Power*Tools would be a plus.
• Knowledgeable in National, State, and Local codes along with industry standards (e.g., American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning-ASHRAE, International Energy Conservation Code- IECC, National Fire Protection Association-NFPA, etc.)
